Securika Moscow: Over 100 New Exhibitors and 10% Exposition Growth

On 20-23 March 2018, Securika Moscow 2018, The 24th International Exhibition of Security and Fire Protection Equipment and Products will be held at Expocentre Fairgrounds, Moscow. The organiser of the event is ITE Group of Companies, a leader in the Russian exhibition services market.

This year, Securika Moscow Exhibition hosts 435 companies from 25 countries worldwide, where 67% are Russian manufacturers and distributors. Over 100 new exhibitors, among them 80 ones from Russia, will present their technologies and equipment at the Exhibition for the first time ever. The total area of the exposition amounts to 25,370 sq. m.

Expositions will be presented by the largest Russian companies: Bolid, Argus-Spectr, ARMO, Rostelecom, PERCO, RUBEZH, Sigur — Access Management, ITV, Luis+, Satro-Paladin, Skyros Corporation, Beward, Consortium Integra-S, Macroscop, Ravelin, DSSL, Videoglaz, Gefest, Pozhtechnika, Epotos, Granit-Salamandra and others. Foreign exhibitors have also prepared many new products for the Exhibition. Novelties will be displayed by Hikvision, Dahua, CAME, dormakaba, Mobotix, Honeywell, Hanwha Techwin, Microdigital, IDIS, Panasonic, Assa Abloy, Securiton AG, Gunnebo, Axis Communications, Vivotek, WD, Seagate, Tyco, ASUS, Siemens, HID and other international companies.

There will be a national group representing the Chinese companies at the Exhibition.

Traditionally, newly-designed products will be presented by the companies at Securika Moscow Exhibition for the first time ever. Thus, Macroscop will present an absolutely new product in the market — Macroscop bots for Viber and Telegram messengers.

Rostelecom will become a participant of Securika Moscow Exhibition for the first time. Being one of the largest national scale telecommunication companies in Russia and Europe, it is present in all the segments of the telecommunication services market and covers millions of households in Russia. According to the Executive Order of the Government of the Russian Federation, Rostelecom has become an operator of the Unified Biometric System and will ensure collection, processing and storage of biometric personal data and verify their compliance with the initially provided biometric samples. Rostelecom has experience in the area of implementing major federal IT projects, it owns a network of high-performance and protected DPCs for safe processing and storage of biometric personal data, and it takes an active part in forming a regulatory and legal framework required for system implementation. At the Exhibition, the company experts will present products and solutions for implementing this project and some other ones.

Sigur will demonstrate the capabilities of its equipment and software featuring wireless locking systems.

IDIS will present IR-300 working station allowing for creation of a complete video surveillance system featuring high performance, high reliability and flexible control capabilities.

Karl Gotschlich GmbH manufacturer jointly with AVIX Distribution Center will present Axioma High, a swinging turnstile of increased height featuring a combination of reliability, comfort and design being unique for the market, which due to the increased width of the pass and acrylic panels of colours from a most varied palette allows for being fit easily into absolutely any interior, even most exquisite one.

FLAMAX will present prefabricated storage tanks made of galvanised steel for 24-hour provision of fire fighting systems with regulated amount of water.

Asstir will present GSM/GPRS communicators G16, CG17 and MATS radio transmitter. Distinctive features of G16 device are capability of operation in 3g range on frequencies of 1,900/2,100 MHz, as well as controllable direct connection to DSC, Caddx, Paradox, SECOLink or Pyronix control panels.

The system of making business appointments will be available for the exhibitors and visitors of Securika Moscow Exhibition for the first time ever. This free service available for smartphones and web platforms featuring a user-friendly and simple interface will allow for quick and efficient searching for the needed manufacturers and suppliers and making appointments to meet them at the stand. Irrespective of the particular goals and objectives,the artificial intellect of the match-making system will provide individual recommendations for each visitor in line with its business profile and purpose of visiting the Exhibition, add the appointment to the calendar automatically and remind of it in time.

Business Programme

On 20 March, The Future of Security Forum, the key event of Securika Moscow Exhibition will start working. International and Russian experts will review the trends that will determine the development of the security market in Russia and worldwide in 2018-2020, they will share their experience of becoming a market leader in the days of digital transformations, reacting to the changing requirements for technical security systems in the era of digital economy, and report on innovations to appear in the market in the area of access control technologies, as well as discuss other issues. The key speakers will be as follows: Rostelecom, Technoserv, Intel, Norilsk Nickel, Electronika, PSC, J’son & Partners Consulting, IHS Markit. Ben Hammersley, a famous European futurologist and promoter of new digital technologies will become a special guest of the Forum. He will share his professional experience in the area of security and report on what is necessary for successful conduct of business in the era of digital technologies.

On 21 March, The Current Video Surveillance Market: Challenges and Solutions Conference will be held; Martin Gren, a co-founder of Axis Communications (being the most influential person in the security industry in 2013 and 2017 according to IFSEC Global) will become a special guest thereof. At the Conference, Martin will not only present his vision of the market development, but also answer the questions urgent for the Exhibition visitors. Announcement of the results of The Best Innovative Product Competition will take place within the framework of the Exhibition. The Competition has been held annually since 1996 and is a traditional event of Securika Moscow Exhibition. Over the years, more than 850 domestic and foreign companies have participated in the Competition. The purpose of the Competition is to reveal the latest achievements in the security industry, and the main requirement for a winner is having an innovative component. In 2018, keen interest of the competitors for the prestigious award still remains urgent. Currently, 29 innovative products designed by Russian and foreign companies have been considered.
